The Science Center features hands-on, interactive exhibits and a unique science and nature-oriented gift shop. Lake Bemidji State Park
Explore this unique boardwalk that take you into the quiet, mysterious world of a spruce-tamarack bog offers visitors a rare chance to view orchids, mosses and insect eating plants. Swimming, fishing for walleye on Lake Bemidji; 14 miles of hiking, 5 miles of biking, 9 miles of skiing and snowshoeing are visitor favorites in this popular park. Movil Maze
This 13.7 km maze offers mostly intermediate level trails. This steep hilly area is a favorite training ground of local ski racers, with traditional trackset on the right and skate-ski on the left. The trail takes you through black spruce bogland, red pine, and mixed hardwood forest. Maps can be found along trail; a ski pass is required. Located at 300 Bemidji Avenue, just 6 miles NE.
