Cannon Valley Trail
This 20-mile blacktop trail is found between Cannon Falls and Red Wing, developed for biking and cross-country skiing. The Trail closely follows the Cannon River, winding through a changing landscape of steep wooded slopes, farmland, forests, pastures & marshland. You will find a rest stop near the village of Welch, midway on the trail. Mostly beginner level trackset skiing. Trail pass required for adults that can be purchased at trailside stations.
