Active Minnesotans can test their winter exercise regime in a variety of warm weather activities. The 2010 Midwest Bicycle Festival, formerly the Minnesota Bicycle Festival, will be June 11th through 20th in various Minnesota cities and Menomonie Wisconsin. The Nature Valley Grand Prix, one of the featured events is a top three US professional stage race. Other events include velodrome racing and road racing. Join racers and fans from across the globe for the races or fun events including stunt rider demonstrations, live music, food and fun. Runners events for everyone are held through the summer and fall. Twin Cities in Motion is organizing the 6th Annual Medtronic One Mile for the evening of May 13th. The Kids Outdoor Cross Country Run, Saturday May 15th, will be held at Como Park. This event encourages all ages and abilities with a half-mile, mile, or two mile fun-run.
